Dr. Haetham Abdul-Razaq is an enthusiastic educator and passionate individual who considers people’s education and well-being a priority. He holds a Doctorate degree in Culture, Literacy, and Language from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Dr. Abdul-Razaq taught in multiple higher education intuitions on topics related to Bilingual Education, Diversity and Human Rights, and Minority Studies. His research interest focuses on evaluating social factors influencing diversity and multiculturalism. Additionally, his research interests focus on newcomers, refugees, and the process of cultural and linguistic integration.

Dr. Abdul-Razaq is heavily involved with the community and the concerns of people. He volunteers with multiple organizations and committees to foster the experiences of students and community members, especially in areas related to emerging language, cultural differences, and civic engagement.

Haetham was born in Iraq and lived for quite a while in San Antonio, which he considers his home. His vision to co-establish AACN is inspired by care, collaboration, and commitment to the community. He is willing to go the extra mile for everyone who needs assistance or encouragement. By the end, Haetham is always ready to give back to the community that supported him and contributed to his success.
